From the very first stage of designing and 3D printing models to the precision of casting and the careful hands of our artisans, we ensure that every step is carried out with dedication and care. Digital/Model Creation
Our process begins with modern technology. Skilled designers create jewelry models digitally, which are then transformed into precise wax or resin prototypes using advanced 3D printers.
Wax Model Preparation
The printed wax models are carefully assembled into structures known as “wax trees.” These serve as the foundation for creating molds that will shape the jewelry.
Metal Preparation
The casting area where molten metal is prepared and poured into molds. This is where wax models are turned into solid metal jewelry pieces.
Casting Process
Using the lost-wax casting method, molten metal is poured into molds formed from the wax trees. This crucial step turns the design into a solid piece of jewelry.
Surface Finishing
Specialized polishing machines are used to smoothen and shine the jewelry. Workers handle different solutions and machines to give the pieces a flawless finish.
Cutting & Sorting
Once casting is complete, the pieces are separated from the tree. Our artisans sort and prepare each part for the next stage of refinement.
Shaping & Soldering
Each jewelry piece is carefully filed, shaped, and soldered to ensure perfect form. This step removes imperfections and brings the design to life.
Polishing & Finishing
The jewelry undergoes multiple polishing stages to achieve a smooth surface and brilliant shine, enhancing the beauty of every detail.
Filing & Detailing
Artisans are at workbenches using hand tools to file, shape, and solder metal parts. This stage refines the raw cast pieces into proper jewelry shapes and prepares them for stone setting.
Sorting
Workers are carefully inspecting and sorting gemstones or semi-finished jewelry pieces under lamps. This ensures that every stone and metal part is free from defects before moving to the next stage.
Stone Setting & Quality Check
Finally, gemstones are set by hand, and each piece is inspected under strict quality standards. Only flawless jewelry reaches our customers.
